Berwick Lodge Wedding Venue - 18 acres of gardens and woodlands

Not just open green spaces, the enchanting grounds, overlooked by the magnificent hotel house, offer
spectacular features with an abundance of beautiful surroundings.

An original 1920s Victorian stone walkway sits under a pergola entwined with wisteria and clematis, leading the way to Aphrodite’s Dome – a striking structure set on a beautifully tiled platform with an intricately designed
dome roof and surrounded by marble ladies.

The soothing fountain, original Victorian summerhouse, orchard, tree swing and views across to Wales, offer additional backdrops for romantic photographs, while the outdoor space hosts plenty of seating to relax in the surrounding beauty.

The Berwick Lodge luxury hotel experience is unique. Awarded with 5 AA stars for guest accommodation (Bristol's first venue to receive this accolade), each bedroom has been individually designed with its very own 'signature', reflecting the historic richness and elegance of the Anatolian period.

Our stunning collection of 14 individually designed luxury bedrooms, all with en-suites and unique characteristics means there’s plenty of onsite accommodation for wedding guests. Check-in is from 3pm (although we have a priority list) and breakfast is included as standard too.

There are 12 bedrooms in the main lodge (including one dog-friendly room for exclusive weddings only) and a further two in our Mews building. Accommodating 27 guests -
although extra beds can increase our capacity.

If needed, there are also plenty of additional hotels a very close car ride away.

Bristol's best kept secret Berwick Lodge provides a stunning exclusive, secluded and private location for your wedding.

Set in 18 acres of garden and woodland, yet only minutes from the M4/M5, Berwick Lodge offers an exclusive, secluded and private venue for you and your guests with service that's second to none! The beautifully renovated building and grounds offer 12 bedrooms, many photo opportunities and food to die for.

As Berwick has a Civil Wedding Licence you can choose to have your whole wedding in this fabulous location or just make it a special venue for your reception.

Wedding receptions can be held in our stunning restaurant for parties of up to 80 or in our special marquee on the lawns of the hotel, which can accommodate up to 400 people. Berwick's experienced Events Team can organise a wide range of entertainment, ranging from a string quartet to a laser-accompanied firework display. They can also advise on preferred florists and photographers who are familiar with Berwick Lodge and its grounds.

Berwick also has its own helipad, for any bride and groom who wish to arrive or depart in style!
