Based in Wincanton, Somerset, the team at Dorset Fine Dining have been putting together some new and exciting ideas to bring to weddings. Recognising that sharing and relaxed weddings are on the increase, the team will be offering live chef stations, where they'll put together a large Pavlova for guests to help themselves to, as well as other offerings. We love the idea of this piece of spectacle and theatre for a wedding day!
Spider crab croquettes are new to the menu, a lovely canapé with hollandaise sauce, as well as potato and chocolate gnocchi lolly pops. Chef Nick Holt says, “Your wedding food should be remembered long after the big day, using British ingredients of distinction we'll create an eye-catching and mouthwatering menu prepared with skill.” You can choose each dish from the extensive menus or allow Nick and his team to create your own bespoke menu – anything is possible!
You're also offered a tasting at Dorset Fine Dining HQ, where you'll have the opportunity, alongside Nick, to go through everything you need to think about for the lead up to the day. A bar service is also on offer should you require.
