We love the gorgeous new White Horse Barn, an old malt house nestled in picturesque woodlands in Hambrook. Previously owned by George's Brewery, the first floor was used to dry malt for beer production, while the downstairs housed two stables. Surprisingly, it was later used as changing rooms for the local football club! It was out of action for years until the pub was taken over in March 2017, and it was renovated ready for weddings.
Able to seat 50 people for a traditional wedding breakfast or 70 standing guests, it gives an intimately rustic feel through its original features, exposed brickwork and wooden beams. For larger weddings, a marquee can be set up on the lawn.
